Who works here. Names and roles only — we do not rate individuals and never will. Leave it empty if you work alone.
Links
Your booking link is the one that matters — it becomes the main button on your page. Socials can be a handle or a pasted profile link.
Your Google rating
We can show your Google score and review count on your listing, credited to Google. We never write, edit or reply to reviews, and we never use a rating to order search results — plenty of excellent businesses have none.
Attaching a listing saves straight away — you do not need to press Save changes. Pick the entry that is actually yours; if none of them are, leave it and we will find it during verification.
What we have checked
Insurance is the one that expires. When it lapses the Verified mark comes off until you send the new certificate — a check we cannot stand behind is worse than no check at all.
Verification documents
Only needed when you want the Verified mark. We review these, record insurer and expiry, and they are never shown publicly — PDF, JPG or PNG.
Membership
£9.99 a month per business location, or £83.90 a year — two months free. No commission on anything you earn, ever. Cancel any time from here.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. If you cancel, your listing stays live until the end of the period you have paid for — then it comes down, and everything you have written is kept in case you come back.
Sign-in address
There is no password — we email you a link, so this address is your account. Keep it one you can always reach.
We send a link to the new address. Nothing changes until you follow it, and the address you use now keeps working until then.
Emails
Account emails always send — sign-in links, verification results and anything about your subscription. Those are not marketing and switching them off would lock you out of your own account.
Your data
Everything we hold about this listing, as a file: your details, services, team, opening hours, the verification record and the day-by-day interaction counts. Certificates are listed by name — the files themselves are not included.
