The questions we get asked most, answered plainly.
Verified means five recorded checks: location confirmed, qualification certificates uploaded and reviewed, current insurance uploaded with insurer and expiry recorded, and email and phone both confirmed. Each check is dated on the member’s public record. Members who haven’t completed verification say so, plainly, on their profile. The full list, in detail.
No — and we say so. Listing and verification are separate: every member can request verification at no extra cost, and the ones who have completed it carry the Verified mark and a dated record. Profiles without the mark say “not yet verified” plainly. We would rather show you the difference than pretend it isn’t there.
No. Members pay a flat listing fee. You book direct with the therapist, pay them directly, and they keep every penny. We are never in the middle of the money.

Results, technique and taste. We confirm where someone is, that they are qualified, insured and reachable — we do not rate their work. If something on a listing looks wrong, email us and we will look at it.
