What the Verified mark means
Five checks, recorded and dated, per member. Not a star rating, not a review average. Members without the mark haven’t completed them yet — and their profiles say so, plainly.
Location
Confirmed at signup — town and postcode area on the record, shown on the profile and pinned on the map.
Qualifications
Certificates uploaded by the member and reviewed before the mark is issued.
Insurance
Current certificate uploaded. Insurer named, expiry date recorded.
Confirmed — every member signs in through their own inbox. Nobody can list an address they don’t control.
Phone
Confirmed with the member. The number on the profile is the number that answers.
What we do not check
Results, technique and taste. We confirm that a member is where they say they are, qualified in what they offer, insured to do it, and reachable on the details shown — the outcome of any treatment is between you and them. Each profile shows the date its checks were recorded.
