The deal, in plain words: what the listing fee buys, what the Verified mark means, and where our responsibility ends.

The service
Hair & Beauty lists beauty and aesthetics businesses. Members pay a monthly fee to be listed. We take no commission and are not a party to any booking, treatment or payment between a member and their client.
Listing and accuracy
You are responsible for what your listing says — your details, treatments, prices and photos must be accurate, yours, and lawful. You must hold the qualifications and insurance appropriate to the treatments you list, whether or not you complete verification. We may unpublish a listing that we reasonably believe is inaccurate, unlawful or misleading.
The Verified mark
Verification is included in membership and granted when five checks are recorded: location confirmed, qualification certificates uploaded and reviewed, current insurance uploaded with insurer and expiry recorded, and email and phone confirmed. The mark means those checks were recorded on the date shown — it is not a guarantee, endorsement or rating of treatment results, technique or taste, and we do not re-check between recorded dates.
Fees
The founding rate is £9.99 per month, fixed for founding members. Fees are for the listing service and are not refundable for part-months.
Liability
Treatments are provided by members, not by us. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for the outcome of any treatment or for dealings between members and their clients. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending membership
You can end your membership at any time from your dashboard or by email; your listing comes down at the end of the paid period. We can end or suspend a membership for breach of these terms.
