Green Ginger Hairdressing has provided cutting and colouring in Newcastle since 1990. Sustainability is built into the salon's operating approach as well as its hair services. It stocks vegan and organic products and reports recycling 99 percent of its waste through the Green Salon Collective, with proceeds supporting charities and community causes. Stylists create cuts and colour while considering both appearance and environmental impact. The business continues its original aim of pairing hairdressing with an ethical, lower-waste model.
