Hair appointments combine consultation, shampooing, conditioning, scalp massage, cutting and styling. Beard care uses scissors, clippers and a cut-throat blade, with maintenance advice included. Traditional cut-throat shaves add hot-towel preparation, exfoliation, a cold towel, facial massage and a moisturising finish.
