Urban Therapy is an Aveda hair salon and spa in Nottingham city centre, established in 2005. Its hair services include cutting, styling and colour, with sustainable haircare forming an important part of the salon's approach. Naturally derived, plant-based Aveda products are used across the work. Separate salon treatments combine customised deep conditioning, botanical therapies and scalp rituals, extending the business beyond routine cuts and colour into care for both the hair and scalp.
